Our regular stations r not working, Im missing my shows,really upset, we live in West Haven at Settlers Landing, we need channels, 13, 4, 5 and

Hi, I am sorry that you are having a problem with your DISH programming and I would like to get this issue resolved for you. Have you tried to reset the receiver by unplugging it from the outlet for 10 seconds? What exactly is showing up on the channel when you go to it? Did anything change from the time it was working properly until now? Please email me directly with this information and I will get this resolved for you ASAP! Thank you!
