Black And White Picture

i have two TVs on my dish system ,one TV on the remote receiver and one next to the reciever connected with HDMI cable My problem is the remote TV broke so I took the TV by the receiver and moved it to the remote location And it will only play in black and whiteThank you for any assistance

If you have tried troubleshooting & resetting the receiver to no avail I suggest you contact DISH Customer Service: 1-855-318-0572 or 1-888-615-3725 for assistance..
