Hi, I am sorry that you are having a probelm with the TV picture changing on both TV's. It does sound like the receiver is set on the single mode and we will need to switch it back to a dual mode. On the receiver itself there should be a blue light on the front. If it is not lit up, please open the little door on the right hand side and press the "Mode" Button. This should turn the blue light on and you will now have two seperate pictures and they will work independently. If you are still having a problem, please email me and I will assist you furhter.
