Hi, I am sorry that you are having an issue with the Shared View on your receiver. Currently you are unable to use the remotes to change the channels, pull up the menu or remove the screen saver from your TV? If you press the "Select" button on the front right side of the receiver does the picture show up? Please email me directly and let me know and then I assist you with troubleshooting the issue further. Thank you!
