Shared View Was Disabled How Do I Fix This

The shared view was disabled on the box reciever and now and now a shared view is currently disabled " showing on screen. I've tried resetting box..I can't access system info to enable please help

Hi, I would be happy to help with this issue. In order to enable shared view please select menu, 6(system setup) and 2(shared view). Once you're in this menu you can select shared view and done to save. Please email me if you have any further questions or concerns.
