Can I Switch Tv With Another Tv Of A Different Name With Out Missing Thing Up

You can switch tvs but you will have to program the remote to operate the tv for volume control and power on/off. Some tvs have to be put on different channels than others. Hook everything up,turn your box on, then go through your channels using auto program or manually, it will find the channel. It's better if you use auto it will lock onto that channel only. How to program your dish network remote:(1) Make sure your tv is turned on,(2)press and hold the tv button on your remote until all mode lights are lit,(3) press the power button on remote,(4) press channel up or down on remote until unit tv goes off,(4) press the # key. Pay close attention to when the tv goes off, if you push the channel button after it goes off you have to start all over.

If you have a duo receiver, depending on the TV and the type cable used to connect from the receiver to the TV, TV 1 would be on channel 3/4 (usually 3) or an input setting (RCA or Component cable, or HDMI). TV 2 would be on channel 60 or 73. To program the remotes to the TVs, just follow the directions already given.
