Replacement Remote Control

The remote on our TV2 went out on Sunday. I called Dish and they said I could buy it from them & wait for it, or go to RadioShack and buy it. My RadioShack did not have it but said to use a universal remote -- I've tried for several hours and it doesn't work. Is there a local Dish store I can get the correct replacement at? My zip is 95129.
