Why Does My Remote Control Both My Tvs With Dish Network

There could be a few causes for this. The first would be if your receiver is in single mode. This will only happen on DVR receivers. To check it your orange light should be under dual or under a picture of two boxes. If it's in single mode hit the mode button on the right side of the box. If you are using the red yellow and white RCA cables you will want to make sure that they are connected to the TV1 output on the back of the box not the TV2 output. The TV1 output is the set of cable ports closest to the green number one on the back of the box. If this doesn't help e-mail me at: [email protected]
