Picture But No Sound

On one television I have a picture but no sound. The other television works fine. I don't have any kind of box on this television, it is wired into the wall for DISH.

Hi, I am sorry that you are having a problem with your sound on your TV2. Please reset the receiver at the TV1 location by unplugging it from the wall for 10 seconds and it should resolve your issue. If you are still having difficulties, please email me directly. Thank you!
