Hopper Was Working Fine Till Now Flashing Acquiring Signal.
This morning I woke up to my hopper and joeys not working. The hopper refused to turn on by remote so I proceeded to do a manual power up from the box. During start up I noticed the hopper was flashing the start up part on and off with about a 30sec break betwetwo this went on for a few minutes. When the system started up it had the sleep mode hit select and the screen went black then 30sec later it was acquiring signal the upper right corner said 015. It would do this for 5 minutes and then go black. I have unplugged twice reset 3 times what more can I do.

Hello Armstras06, we will be happy to help you with the DISH service so we can get this corrected. Please make sure that nothing has changed or is blocking the dish outside. Also make sure connection on the back of the Hopper are hand tight. Once this is completed press menu on the remote, settings, diagnostics, point dish and then check switch and let the test complete. If this comes back with error 836 do not save but cancel out. Please let us know what occurs.
