Our New Hopper Deleted 10 Of The Walking Dead Episodes We Had Recorded. Why?

We just got Dish hooked up in Dec. We recorded the Walking Dead series because they had a Marathon from the beginning and we didn't watch the series but wanted to watch it now. We watched 3 episodes and went to watch the 4th tonight and it was not there. Not only that one but 10 episodes had disappeared that were there the day before. They did not go into the deleted folder, so where are those episodes. What happened? Thanks

Hi there Idutt22, my name is Kimberly and I form part of the Social Media Department with DISH. It is my pleasure to help you with this matter. If you go to your Timer for the Walking Dead, on the right hand side, were it provides you all the information for this Timer, were it says 'Keep' what do you have? As an automatic Default our Hopper system is set to keep 20 episodes, this means that if more than 20 Walking Dead episodes were recorded the DVR automatically started deleting them. This setting can definitely be changed by Editing the Timer. If you have additional questions or concerns feel free to reach me at: [email protected]
