Hit Wrong Button By Mistake

I clicked on the dish network button with dish wrote on it and the picture is now gone. How do I get it back.

Hi, I am sorry that you are having a problem with your DISH picture. Are the lights on on the DISH receiver box? Please turn the TV off and then when you turn it back on, please tell me what channel number or name appears on the TV? You should be on channel 3 or an input.
