Why Are Some Of My Channels Out But Not All Of Them?

Have you checked to ensure your programming guide is on, "ALL Channels or ALL Subs?" To ensure the display isn't the issue please access your program guide, in the upper left corner of the screen the setting you have it on currently will show for example- ALL HD, Favorites List, etc. Please press the guide button again while on the program guide & you will notice the setting change, continue until you have selected All Channels or All Subs and then check to see if all of your channels are now showing.
