Returning Dish Equipment.

Need an address as to where to send equipment. Service was cancelled. I received the box to put equipment in. No label or authorization.

Hi, I am sorry that the label is not present to ship the receiver back in. We have started to use reversable labels that will have the return information on the back of the label that the box shipped to you with. If you still need the address, you can ship it back to:
