how do i pay my bill on line ? every time i go to that site it won't load

Hi, I am sorry that you are having a problem with the www.mydish.com online account. Can you please email me and let me know what browser you are using? Have you tried to use another browser? Currently this is the only way to pay a bill online but you can make a payment via the automated phone line at 1-800-333-3474. If you need any additional asistance, please email me directly.
