Is Your Camtv Adult Channel Require Further Charges (live Cams), Like Online?

I am a Dish Network subscriber and was interested in perhaps subscribing to your CamTV channel, but I had a few questions first (which I can't find the answers to on your site or the Dish site):

1. Is the $29.99/mo subscription rate "all inclusive", meaning nothing else to pay for (minutes, shows, etc)?  Or once the performer goes "private", there are additional fees involved?

2. Does my receiver need to be connected to the Internet?

3. How do we select cams/performers via our receiver, or are the TV subscribers just limited to what channels/streams you guys choose to broadcast? 

And their answers:

1. You get access to the TV station for $29.95 a month, but if you want to chat with the model after the gold show has started, you have to buy into the show. You can still watch it, you just cannot chat. You can chat with her before she goes starts the show.

2. I doubt it, but you need to contact DISH directly for any questions about their equipment.

3. You do not choose the models on the dish feed; they are chosen by us and broadcasted to you.

Just to note: Your receiver does not need to be connected to the Internet. CAMTV chooses the performers to broadcast to Dish. Because I can't select the performer, most likely I won't take out the subscription.
