My Adult Channels Are Gone Now & Not Even Dish Knows Why. I Have No Blocks!

My Adult Channels are gone now & not even Dish knows why. I have NO blocks! Error message 471. It says adult movies not offered.

Hi my name is Mike Houston a Social Media Representative at DISH. I totally understand how this can be frustrating and I am happy to help you today. When you press the Guide button do you see All Channels on the top left? If not, press the guide button, until you see it say All Channels. Once you see all channels go to the channel you wanted to see. If the issue still persists please e-mail me with the phone number on the account for further assistance.
