Hi there jmorrisjr! My name is Kimberly and I form part of the Social Media Department with DISH. When you say: "I cant get 1,3 or 5 on the remote" does this mean that the buttons for this numbers are not working? If so, please insert new batteries in the remote. If issue persists please reach me at: [email protected] so we can look into replacing the remote.
