Changing Video 3 To Video 1 On Remote 2

I have a Toshiba Model DR420KU Video Recorder. On Remote 2, picture coming up on Video 3. Need video to come up on Video 1.

Hey there, this is Cheri Torres with DISH Network customer service. I came across your question and wanted to see if I could help you with this issue. If you are using the DISH Network remote control to change your inputs, you’re going to want to make sure that the remote is addressed to the TV and also that the remote is in TV mode. You can insure this by pressing the TV button at the top of the remote. Your DISH remote should be able to control the volume and the power on/off of your TV if it is addressed to the TV. Once you have established the remote is addressed to the TV you will then have to push the input or TV/video button to get it to change the inputs. If you are using the remote that came with your TV, you are going to press a button listed as input, source, TV/video, or sometimes aux. I hope these instructions help with solving this issue.
