Hello I Cannot Change Vacuum Belt. I've Taken All Screws Out But It Seems Like I

The problem is taking the plate off after removing the screws. It might break feels stuck unmovable. How do I pull the plate off?

Where does the vacuum belt go on a Dirt Devil?
Grab the brushroll with your hand and lift it from the base of the vacuum. The belt attaches around the left end of the brushroll and the motor shaft next to the rear wheel. Pulling it from the vacuum releases the belt tension and allows the belt to slip from the end of the brushroll and the motor shaft.
