Bad Bulb?
No real way of telling if the bulb is burnt out or if the entire box is bad. When plugged in, it barely lights and then nothing. ( even on battery.. same thing... but won't charge the cells.

Hi. A multimeter will be of great help as it verily could be a bad bulb while on the other hand, a retard circuitry. As for the batteries, could it not be that they have exhausted their charge-discharged circles and should be replaced. Oh yah, test the Adapter's voltage as it could be the one that failed and putting out next to no voltate!
