I suggest contact Dewalt Industrial Tool Co., 701 East Joppa Road, Baltimore, MD 21286, call1-800-4-DWALT (1-800-433-9258) or visit our website www.dewalt.com for assistance. There's no mention of how to access the bulb, it may be like the battery not user accessible.

Repairs

The charger and battery pack are not serviceable. There are no serviceable parts inside the charger or battery pack.
