Does Not Hold Memory

I set stations in memory , I'll turn it off and when I turn it back on all my presets are gone, Am I doing something wrong ? Thanks Rick

In the back of the radio inside the charger port is a small panel. There are two AA batteries in there that hold presets. Had the same problem wi my DC011. Good luck.
