Denon Dcm 390/290 5 Cd Auto Changer. Cd Drawer Pops Out But Doesn't Allow One T

change the back Cd's it just rotates back and forth, keeping the same cd spots available and not the two in the back of the carousel. When drawer retracts, nothing plays but the CD player goes to the next cd and then the next, etc. I hear scratching as if it's trying to play the music but no music plays. Should I send away to fix? Only 4 yrs old and played 4-5 times a year. Is this an expensive fix
