Baggage Claim Help

Need help with baggage claim filed last week.  They do not answer their phone and I don't have a file reference number they require to use their automated system.

The number for the customer service department is:  800-325-8224. When the automated voice starts, just say, "delayed baggage" and then "operator". You should be connected with an operator who will be able to assist you. The email address for them is: [email protected]
