My Adult Children Flew Delta On January From Pittsburgh To Des Moines And Had Se

My adult children flew Delta on January from Pittsburgh to Des Moines and had several delays. As a result, they did not get the additional Delta Comfort that I purchased for $29 per ticket. How do I get a refund?
