Dell Computer Wont Start 3 Beeps Xps L502x

The 3 beep code error on this notebook description is

chipset Error (North and South bridge error, DMA/IMR/Timer error)
Time-Of-Day Clock test failure
Gate A20 failure
Super I/O chip failure
Keyboard controller test failure

The possible cause for this is a System board failure.
