My Computer Is Stuck At The 'startup Repair' Page.

I have checked my system's RAM. Also, I cannot enter safe mode. All test pass. I went to the startup page in search of a remedy for my flickering monitor. After I arrived at that page, I have not been able to leave it. Could the problem be a virus even though I have McAfee. "Systems Recovery" does not work. MY system does not "POST" or "BOOT". The reinstallation disk does not work. In fact no repair disk boots.

Hi evans8868,

I would suggest you to run Dell diagnostics on the system. To run dell diagnostics, Turn on the system, press <F12> at the initial Dell logo screen, and select Diagnostics from the boot menu. In case you get any error message please make a note of it and please let me know. You may also refer to the link below that might help you:
