N 5010 Only Working On Safe Mode

my Dell inspiron 15r N 5010 is only wokring on safe mode . i checked , there is no tick present when i run msconfig in boot . my display is not working as there is 8 beep coming , just few days back i had service of it , in which lots of dust was present , due to which it was geting automatically switched off . problem of 8 beep was also present before servicing but was seldom . But after 3-4 days of servicing display is now not working , Using hdmi cable to operate is and that too on safe mode with networking . please resolve my problem soon . Regards

Hi,

I work for Dell's Social Media Team. If the system only works on safe mode, it could mean a driver issue, and this has to do with your video driver. If you can log on to the internet using safe mode with networking, log on to support.dell.com, enter your service tag or select system model, click on view drivers and downloads, and download the driver under Video.

Hi,

If you do not have an additonal graphics card, then install the integrated graphics driver using the below link. Or if you got the card, install the AMD driver.
