1 Or More Audio Devices Not Installed. Drivers Are Up To Date. No Sound

windows audio and the windows audio end point builder services must both both be running. 1 or both are not. help please.

Based on your description, I think you need to enable only the Windows Audio service. You can access the service page from the Run command and enter "services.msc" without the quotes. Also, make sure that the driver software is the compatible driver that you have installed. Here's the manual for additional information.
