Dell V515w Stuck On Downloading Application List.

I trying to scan but the printer reads "downloading application list" and will not scan.

Trying a factory reset and then reconfiguring may cure your issue.

Hi,

Please install the latest windows update and uninstall the printer driver from programs and features. restart the system and reinstall the printer driver using this link: http://dell.to/1OHQ0SI

Select the OS and click on drivers and download. Install the driver and application under Drivers for OS deployment.

Please let us know if you have trying to scan from printer to PC.

Please make sure you have installed latest java.
