Why Do I Have 2 Dell Icons, One With An Xps After?
Why is it when I install my Dell V505 all in one printer, scanner, and fax, 2 icons appear under printers, both saying Dell V505, with the second one having an XPS after it?
Also, I have been having issues with the scanner portion. I cannot scan anything at all. I get one of two errors: either cannot retrieve application list, or unrecoverable scan error. I have uninstalled and reinstalled, unplugged and replugged, updated drivers, and everything else I can think of, and nothing works. PLEASE HELP!!!
