Autoclean In Tl2000 Powervault Does Not Working

Something to check would be that cleaning media must have a cleaning tape label on it if Autoclean is enabled. If the label is not present and Autoclean is enabled, the library will not recognize it as cleaning media and will generate an error.
If this is not the issue please give me a little more detail on what is going on.
