You should be able to hit Control + E during POST when prompted with the option. It is one of the last options before handing off to boot the OS. Inside you will have options to view and clear the hardware log.
If the is not working you can create a OMSA Live boot disk. This is a small bootable CentOS image that has diagnostic tools installed. Once you boot to the image you can open the Open Manage Server Administrator (OMSA) application. Then click on the Logs Tab/clear log.
