Hi brnic,
To reset the switch to defaults you have to switch it from managed to unmanaged and back. There is a recessed button on the front for this. Page 21 ftp://ftp.dell.com/Manuals/all-products/esuprt_ser_stor_net/esuprt_powerconnect/powerconnect-2748_User%27s%20Guide_en-us.pdf
