Dell P703w Printer
Printer says paper jam but there is no paper stuck inside. i took the ink cartrages out and pushed on the tray like it says to but that didnt work. i use this printer every day and this has never happened. this is my second dell printer that stopped working after owning it for a short period... please let me know how to fix this so i dont have to buy another one.. thanks

Please follow the below mentioned steps that might help you:
- Turn off the printer.
- Lift the scanner base unit.
- Firmly grasp the paper, and gently pull it from the printer.
- Close the scanner base unit.
- Turn on the printer, and print the document again.
