The Computer Beeps 4 Times Then Two Times When Starting.

Dell Optiplex GX115 Beeps 4 times then 2 times and does not start.

The beep codes would indicate a hardware problem. If you're not seeing any video then it's likely the RAM or video card but it could possibly be more serious. It would be best to have it looked at by someone who is experienced with repairing PCs.
