Hi,
I work for Dell's Social Media Team. Press the F8 key at the Dell Logo, select safe mode, and try logging in as an Admin. If this does not help, then the only option is to restore the computer ( if the recovery paritition is available ) or manually reinstall windows. Use the below links for help.
