You would want to download the Dell System Software and install it first. After installing the Dell System Software you would install the Chipset Drivers. Below is the link to download these files.
Driver InstallationThe DSS driver is available on support.dell.com under System & Configuration Utilities and on the ResourceCD under System Utilities. The driver is labeled Dell Desktop System Software. Once the driver is obtained, it unzips and installs like any other system driver.
