How Do I Delete The Copy/copies Of Copies/ Copy Of Copies Of Copies Of Photos

How do I delete the copies of photos I down loaded from my cameras as well as the copy of the copies as well as the copies of the copies of the copy????????? Get the idea?  How do I download a manual of how to work this Dell INSPIRON too? Jennifer
