My Dell Inspiron One 2305 Will Not Play Blueray Dvd

Hi densknom,
I'm a part of Dell Social Media Team. Try to use multiple Bluray DVD's and check if you have the same issue. You could also try a different video player and see if that makes a difference. If none of them work, try to run a diagnostics for the same online here: http://dell.to/1a0wnWm Once you are on the page, choose Hardware > Optical and Run Diagnostics.
