Amber Power Light Is On..black Screen

I have a dell inspiron one 2305. I can hear the power on, the fan going but the screen is black. Have checked power, have removed all external devices, just constant amber light stays on and nothing else.

I would suggest you to disconnect the power cable from the system and hold the power button down for 20 seconds, to discharge “Static Flea Power”, after that connect power cable and restart your machine.
