Hi,

i work for Dell's Social Media Team. It looks like a CMOS battery failure, which is like a coin cell battery on your motherboard, and this needs to be replaced. Everytime the AC adapter is unplugged it will lose the settings. If you have an active warranty, send me a message on Twitter @RoyanAtDell, or take it to a local computer store to have it replaced.

Thank you.
