jamaro72,

To restore the system back to factory conditions you would boot the system up and press the F8 key. Once you have the options on the screen choose the one that reads "Repair Your Computer" and follow the prompts to restore the system.

Thank You,

Shut your computer down completely...... restart and push the F8 key as it restarts ( you should be tap tap tapping it ) as you reboot. A screen will come up asking what you want to do......REPAIR MY COMPUTER, NEXT SCREEN WILL SHOW A LIST OF HOW YOU WANT TO REPAIR IT -CLICK ON THE CHOICE THAT SAYS "TO FACTORY SETTINGS" USUALLY THE LAST CHOICE IN THE LIST.  Once you make your choice you MUST let it restore.  BE SURE TO BACK UP ALL YOUR FILES PRIOR TO DOING THIS  AS IF YOU CLEAR THEM OUT YOU WILL LOOSE THEM ALL
