Dell Inspiron M5010 Stopped Working

My  Dell Inspiron M5010 doesn't turns on, only cooling fan and 7 beep sound. Is that CPU failure?

Hi Konstantinboyar,

The 7 beep code error on the system signifies a processor failure. If you replaced a new  motherboard on your laptop you may want to try to reseat the processor. If that does not work you may need to replace the processor.
