Hi pryorevonne,

I would like to know a few details in order to help you with the issue:

1. Are you trying to connect the Plantronics headset wired or through Bluetooth?
2. May I know the exact error message you are getting?
3. Have you tried in different computer?
4. Are you getting sound from the computer speakers?

I also would recommend a few steps which can fix the issue:

1. Please check the headset with a different system.
2. Please check the audio setting of the computer.

If it is a Bluetooth headset, please refer to the link below for Bluetooth connectivity:

You can refer the Dell Article 269234 on www.support.dell.com

For any further help please respond.

Thanks & Regards
Rathish C
