Hi,

Please click the link below and it will take you to Dell support site from where we need to download the Bluetooth driver: 

http://dell.to/VVYAUl 

Please select the Operating System which you are using. Then download and install the Bluetooth driver which is located under “Network “.

To check the right Bluetooth card installed on the computer, click "Additional Product Support tab and click "warranty tab", you would see “System Configuration”. Click  “Components” and look for the right Bluetooth card installed on the system.
