Volume Buttons Not Working

my volume buttons on my new n5050 are not working, but the mute button seems to be fine ?

Hi,

I recommend clicking the link below which will take you to our Dell support site from where we can download QuickSet drivers: 

http://dell.to/uIo3ef 

Enter the service tag number of the computer and choose the Operating system which you are using. Then download QuickSet driver which is listed under Application, install Dell Application “QuickSet”.
