How To Turn On Bluetooth

Can you please let me know how to turn on its bluetooth?

Hi, 

You can turn your computer’s Bluetooth networking function on and off by pressing the Fn+F2 together.

If the issue still persists, click the link below and it will take you to Dell support site from where we need to download the Bluetooth driver: 

http://dell.to/uIo3ef 

Please select the Operating System which you are using,then download and install the Bluetooth driver which is located under “Network “.
