Bluetooth Connection Problem Between Pc And Mobile

hi, i have nokia and ihpone4 mobile. both bluetooth devices working fine as well as pc bluetooth. when i pair them to the pc, the pc recognize them and a pair established, however, when i start sending files to the pc it takes around 2 minutes and then a message on my mile says " unable to connect ", moreover, sometimes a connection establishes but when a send a file it takes around 2 minutes and a message on my mobile says transfer failed. i tried the restore to earlier point but the same problem exists.

Hi,

Would recommend uninstalling the Bluetooth driver from the system and then click the link mentioned below which will take you to Dell support site from where we need to download the Bluetooth driver:

http://dell.to/uIo3ef

Enter the service tag number of the computer and choose the Operating system which you are using. Then download and install the Bluetooth driver which is located under “Network “.

Once its downloaded and installed check the functionality.
